WOLI holds an articulation agreement with the University of Phoenix which may allow students to transfer courses from WOLI as assessed by the University of Phoenix's Office of Admissions and Evaluation (OAE). Washington Online Learning Institute is committed to providing all of our students a quality educational experience that meets their career training needs. If you have any questions, concerns or complaints about any aspect of your courses or experience with WOLI, we have both an informal and formal conflict resolution process. This information is provided the WOLI Catalog under the heading 'Student Complaint/Appeal Process.' You may also call our 800 number at any time about any concerns you may have.
