This corporate evaluation agreement establishes a cooperative understanding between University of Phoenix Prior Learning Assessment and Washington Online Learning Institute. The agreement provides students of the University of Phoenix who have taken training courses an opportunity to petition for credit that will apply toward elective and general education areas within the University of Phoenix's undergraduate degree programs. This articulation agreement will commence on the effective signatory completion date and continue to be in effect for a term of three years from the date of signatory completion by all parties. This articulation agreement supercedes all previous articulation agreements. The University of Phoenix will administer this articulation agreement according to the procedures cited in Section A.
